We are excited to invite you to join us for the 1st Annual Leslie's Ride, a community event that brings together riders, families, and local businesses to raise funds for WEAVE.

This event will feature a scenic motorcycle ride, live music, food, raffles, bounce houses for the kids and so much more. We are expecting 1,000-5,000 people and believe this is a great opportunity for vendors to connect with the community while supporting a meaningful cause.

About the Cause

WEAVE’s mission is to promote safe and healthy relationships and support survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence and sex trafficking. WEAVE’s vision is that when everyone acts, violence ends.

By becoming a vendor, you are not only promoting your business — you are helping us make a real difference.

Vendor Opportunities

We welcome a variety of vendors including food trucks, craft sellers, motorcycle gear, apparel, and community organizations.

Vendor Booth Options:

• Standard Vendor Space: $300 (Early Bird Special - $450 after January 1st 2026)

• Includes a 10x10 space.

• Vendor provides own tables/tents.

• Premium Vendor Space: $450 (Early Bird Special - $600 after January 1st 2026)   

• Includes a 20x20 space in a prime location.

• Vendors provides own tables/tents

• Food Vendor/Truck: $500 (Early Bird Special - $650 after January 1st 2026
  Vendor responsible for health permits.
