We are excited to invite you to join us for the 1st Annual Leslie's Ride, a community event that brings together riders, families, and local businesses to raise funds for WEAVE.

This event will feature a scenic motorcycle ride, live music, food, raffles, bounce houses for the kids and so much more. We are expecting 1,000-5,000 people and believe this is a great opportunity for vendors to connect with the community while supporting a meaningful cause.

About the Cause

WEAVE’s mission is to promote safe and healthy relationships and support survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence and sex trafficking. WEAVE’s vision is that when everyone acts, violence ends.

By becoming a vendor, you are not only promoting your business — you are helping us make a real difference.

Vendor Opportunities

We welcome a variety of vendors including food trucks, craft sellers, motorcycle gear, apparel, and community organizations.

Vendor Booth Options:

​

• Standard Vendor Space: $50/ with Raffle prize $75 W/O (Early Bird Special) $100 with Raffle Prize $175 W/O after May 1st 2026
  Includes a 10 x 10 space. Vendor provides own tables/tents. Electricity will be provided for an additional fee of $25

• Deluxe Vendor Space: $100 with Raffle Prize -$150 W/O (Early Bird Special) $200 with Raffle Prize- $250 W/O after May 1st 2026  Includes a 20x20 space. Vendor provides own tables/tents. Electricity will be provided for an additional fee of $25

• Premium Vendor Space:(Heavy foot traffic area)

•  $100 with Raffle Prize $125 W/O (Early Bird Special) $200 with raffle Prize- $225 W/O after May 1st 2026  Includes a 10x10 space in a high trafficked area. Vendor provides own tables/tents. Electricity will be available for an additional $25.00 fee.
